Friday June 29th

This week and the past week have been a little slow on the senior project, procrastination is one of my downfalls, yet I do work well under pressure. Worry has not set in yet, and won't, as long as I get a significant amount of work done over the break. Since I have missed 1 or 2 blogs, I am considering doing the bonus book review. It would be a pain, but this is the last semester and I need to fight off senioritus and just finish strong.

My other classes are going well. I just pulled off the highest grade on the ethics exam (102) and will finish with a high score in internet research methods and international business, they are a breeeeeze.

I have recently started reading a book on global environmental governance, and it is absolutely re-enforcing my desire to get deep into the environmental field. It's nice to finally know what my direction is in life, and know what money is not what drives me, but if I can make a decent living for my self and my family, it would be nice. I suggest you read the book, it's a relatively quick read, that is super educational and eye opening. In fact, I believe everyone should read this and some other publications for then they will CERTAINLY be more environmentally conscience. It has been my thought lately that along with science class in elementary-high school, there should also be environmental class, because most people don't understand the condition that the world is in, nor the drivers for this rapidly deteriorating state.

Check out the June 28 Rolling Stone magazine for some articles on our nation's carbon dependency and some possible solutions. I think you'll find it interesting.
